ALL SALES ARE FINAL, which means ones items are shipped from our store, we do not accept returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We do not issue refunds. If you believe that an item arrived in worse condition than how it appears on our website, contact us and we will evaluate the situation. Please keep in mind that this is a resale boutique, so most of our items are gently used.
